BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:45 P.M.) – On May 26, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) carried out several attacks against the militants in northwestern Syria. As a result of their attack on northwestern Hama, the Syrian Army managed to retake the key town of Kafr Naboudeh.
List of incidents on May 26:
Aleppo: Clashes broke out between Syrian army and Turkish backed rebels near Tadef town South of al-Bab in eastern Aleppo countryside.
Daraa: Several Syrian soldiers were injured when unknown assailants opened fire at their bus on Jillen town road in western Daraa countryside.
Hama: The Syrian army fired several missiles at the rebel-held towns of Abdin, Khan Shaykhun, Al Naqeer in southern Idlib and Kafr Zita, Latamneh in northern Hama.
Hama: Syrian Army captured the strategic town of Kafr Naboudeh in northwestern Hama
Hama: Syrian Army repelled Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s counter-offensive to reclaim Kafr Naboudeh
Hama: Big military convoy of Turkish army arrived at their observation post in Sheir Magher in north-western Hama countryside. According to sources, the convoy was carrying new equipment ncluding heavy vehicles and artillery field guns.
Homs: Several Syrian army soldiers were killed and injured in ISIS hit&run attack near T3 pumping station in eastern Homs countryside.
Idlib: Russian airstrikes targeted Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham positions around the city of Khan Sheikhoun.
Raqqa: At least 6 SDF fighters have been killed and injured in two roadside bomb attacks by ISIS carried out in Raqqa city this evening.
