UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced that private sector workers will have four days for Eid Al Fitr this year, one day less than the public sector.

The holiday will start on June 3, end on either Thursday June 6, or Friday June 7, depending on moon-sighting

Earlier, the UAE’s cabinet announced that public sector holidays for Eid Al Fitr will start on Sunday June 2.

Directives issued earlier this year, private sector employees will benefit from the same public holidays as the government sector from this year.
