Saudi fashion model Hala Abdullah lit up the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival 2019 with a bold and striking look, by UAE fashion designer Hamda Al Fahim.
Hala Abdullah appeared for the first time in Cannes International Film Festival wearing an attractive sleeveless yellow dress with feathers.
The official festival competition is witnessing sharp competition between 19 films from 13 different countries.
