SAHAM: The Municipal Affairs Directorate in the Wilayat of Saham has initiated a number of development and beautification projects in different parts of the wilayat.
(August 23, 2021 – Oman) – In a statement to Oman News Agency (ONA), Ahmed al Maimani, Director of the Municipal Affairs, explained that these projects meet the needs of the people and add an aesthetical and civilised view to the place.
Closed and air-conditioned glass canopies, a decorative roundabout, gardens and parks provided with recreational services are among key projects that will see the light of day.
He added that the department is committed to set a number of landscaping projects to add the aesthetic character to the wilayat.
“We look forward to implementing other projects, the most important of which are the establishment of a public walkway equipped with the necessary services, and providing a set of stalls for street vendors seeking to find new job opportunities”, he pointed out. – ONA
