AACE Qatar Organises Technical Session; Hosts Expert Dispute Resolution Consultant

AACE Qatar section recently organised a technical session by hosting Avinash Gaikwad, an expert dispute resolution consultant and managing director at AG Consultancy. He spoke on “Alternate dispute resolution — expert determination and expert witness with case study.” The AACE welcomed professionals from different construction and engineering fields to the event. The presentation focused on expert determination in Ashghal contracts, advantages/disadvantages of expert determination, expert witness and dispute resolution techniques.
